My neighbor had a clunk in the rear end of his Ford 5000. Not being able to figure it out, he had the dealer pick it up and take it to his shop. The dealer unloaded it, drove it around the yard, tightened up the wheel weights, loaded it back up and returned it. Pretty expensive bolt tightening.
