As was stated, I do it to help the kill. I vary my 24D rates depending on field. Some concentrations are two week hold out, some are 30 days. It's a catch 22, as you are hoping for a dry window a month down the road. Palmer and mares tail are resistant here. Spray all the Roundup you want - you will only make smarter weeds. I use Liberty beans but don't burn down with Liberty. I'd like to think it will delay resistance a bit over going full steam with Liberty. I also put Sharpen in the mix to heat up the spray. I used Prefix again this year but I think I've out used its usefulness. I'm not bothering with it next year.
