How often do you clean your truck?

Spent half the day vacuuming and washing the 04 Dodge dually today. I didn't get it cleaned last fall, and we are taking it on vacation in a few weeks, so I decided it was a good time to detail it as it was DIRTY! 90% of the miles are just me and my truck, so it looked purty darned good when I got done. It seems the older the vehicles get, the less often they get a good cleaning. How often do you wash/vacuum your truck?
