I would imagine so. Towns, states have had to come up with "good samaritan" laws to prevent people from being sued that stop and help medically injured people because they were getting sued and people stopped helping for fear of getting sued. You stop and help some stuck motorist, their vehicle gets damaged and one would think that their insurance would cover it, but maybe their insurance sues you or your insurance for damages. In this current America, people sue other people and burn entire cities down because they get offended by what others say or think. Little kids lemonade stands get closed down officially for not having business licenses and tax ID's. Private business get sued out of business because they refuse to do things like bake custom cakes for events they want nothing to do with. Our "justice" department has been tasked with ways to make that happen as a matter of fundamentally changing America.
Can you be sued? If not now, soon enough because your cows fart.
