Not much to do. If you know where he lives, you probably know what he owns and that it would be useless to try to take possession through the courts of useless items. Your charity to him was probably appreciated until it ran out. Obvious answer is to have a contract with a bonded person to do do work. You might help others successfully avoid the leach. Jim
