The toggle safety switch and PTO switch seemed to be working so, looking at wiring schematic, starter relay seemed like only thing left. Replaced- - - no help. Troubleshot the wiring at the starter relay and found no ground at the ground wire terminal. If I ran a wire directly from ground terminal on the relay to a known ground-- -WAHLA "key start" worked, so now I m sure the problem lies somewhere in the safety switch circuit but the book diagram is not very helpful in tracking this down. Went back and checked the PTO switches there are two- - don t know why . Both had continuity with PTO off and no continuity when lever moved but never went to ground. Sounds right to me. Went back to toggle switch on the fender, crossed the two terminals - -no help, grounded the two terminals, no help. I GIVE. HELP.
