Yes exactly what I am talking about here. And at a local lake in the 1860's lots were divided very small. People went there from town buy horse, outhouse, no septic, no outbuildings. Well fast forward 125 years and yep you get it Not enough room for septic, garage and so on. One can bet vacant lots next door became very valuable.
