I wanted to get it as tight as an overhead door which I was able to do, luckily. On the top, I used the vinyl strip with a rubber strip like is used on garage doors. The panels I put on with screws so I can replace a section without having to replace the foam behind it as well. I wouldnt have minded an overhead door but for an extra $3000 plus having to make the side wall higher to accommodate it, I figured I could get by this way fine.
