I had one when I was 27. I have a bad heart valve and a piece broke off and caused a blockage. No pain. I had friends over that night (the 8th of October). I felt a little odd and things sounded funny. I opened my mouth to tell them something was wrong and couldn't speak. It was my dominant side - right. My motor came back fairly quick within the next couple of months but my memory was severely impaired. I would make a plate at dinner time and lose it before I sat down to eat. I would start to say something and forget what I was going to say half way through the sentence.
My short term memory is still a little funky. When I play board games I have to count the dots on the dice each time as the pattern doesn't mean anything anymore (they call it subitizing). When I am asked to spell something I get a G and Q mixed up verbally although I can write it out perfectly.
I was one lucky kid. That was 15 years ago. I told my folks I was glad it was me as I had no children to worry about me and I was younger than them so I recovered most of my faculties pretty quick. I take pills everyday to keep my blood pressure very low so no more pieces come off of that valve. Someday I will have it replaced when it fails more seriously.

As simple as a box plow appears, it can be rather challenging to make work correctly. In our sandy soils of Florida, traction is king. You can never have wide enough tires or heavy enough weights to get all the traction you want … unless you own a monster tractor. U
