It should work provided it delivers enough power to run the wagon. At an operating pressure of 2000 psi you can deliver about one hp per gpm of flow. If the motor requires 20 gpm to run at 540 rpm than it would be taking 7.4 gpm at 200 rpm which would give you only about 7 hp at the shaft to work with. Is this motor available in a larger displacement size? This would allow you to make better usage of the 15 gpm pump in your tractor while running at the slower shaft speeds you are wanting.
