I've never had trouble with Duplex nozzles but anytime brass is stuck in cast iron, use a small brazing tip on acetylene welder and focus the little blue tip right on head of nozzle. DO NOT get it red hot or melt brass. Just hold it on there until you see a pretty emerald green flame mix in with the blue/orange from torch. Soon as you see it and then it stops, take heat away and do other one. Now let it cool completely and they should un-thread. If you have never brazed or used little welding/brazing tips and know how to adjust flame for needle tip of blue, then I would take it somewhere and have them do it for you.
