Coosoo, there are several farms on the island with cranberries. The cranberries farms here tend to be in valleys adjacent to lakes and...its hard to find more than 40-80 acres of "flat" land here and our fields are built 3-5 acres. In Richmond, Delta, and Pitt Medows there are large areas (2-3000 acres) along the Fraser River Delta that are withing 2-3 feet of grade. Fields tend to be 10-20 acres and can be graded within an 1" or 2".
