In 2008 we bought a new Ford Escape. I took it in for the first oil change and the service manager came in the waiting room after a bit and he had a clip board. On this board he had all the things wrong with it. The 2 I remember the most was all the shocks were bad and leakingand the ball joints were bad. I had a small conversation wit him and he took me out to see it on the rack. The socks were bone dry and then it hit the fan. I told him to fix it all as it was under warrenty. He said the war. had run out and then I blew up. and told him the car was only a couple months old and had less than 4000 miles on it. He could not get me out of there fast enough. That was the only and last time I ever went to that dealership
