My dad has an 06 Cummins and almost every time he takes it to a dealer for service they call him and say this and that needs replaced or your truck is going to go kaput! Well he rarely has them order the parts unless he knows it really needs it and the truck now has 430,000 miles on it and going strong! A rebuilt transmission and a couple injectors are all that truck has demanded. The point is that the dealers love to sqeeze money out of yhou whenever possible.
