I have a couple questions to add. How did he dry these? Can they be put in a bin and air dried with the fan? I have heard some stories of batch driers and even combines catching fire with sunflower. A couple problems I am going to have with these...the huge local blackbird population is going to eat them and their residue in the combine is going to draw a LOT of mice. More so than corn, beans, oats. I would have to leave the combine outside for a week to let the local critters scavenge the residue or every truck and tractor in the shed will be full of nests.
