Just bought a 1953 Jubilee and the 3 point hitch arms would not go up. After investigation I found that the woble shaft and gear were stripped out. So I completely rebuilt the hydraulic pump and changed the hydraulic oil. Everything seemed to work well but then the arms wouldn't lift the next day. The draft rod is in the up position (which I have tried it in the lower position as well) If I move the draft rod down about 1/4 inch everything works, but I have to do this every time I try to lift the arms when they are at the bottom. If I physically lift the arms a little bit they instantly raise. Any ideas??
