Assuming full tear down and reassembly with factory spec. on all parts, Engine rebuilt, new brakes, near new tires, i would guess 2200 to an interested person at the high end. If the restoration is not as i described, probably 1500 if real nice. With medium tires, 1000. It is just not a handy tractor, No Hydraulics, no live PTO, no 3pt hitch. Jim
