Just to be clear, I spoke with a PRIVATE construction contractor. Who bought the concrete from a PRIVATE outfit on the west side of Denver, for use on the county roads. The city, county, state, feds were never involved in any of the work I had done. I didn't mention it before, but I also gave the truck delivery guy a 12 pack for his trouble(about 20 minutes) driving the 6 blocks to my place, and dumping the mud.
