I noticed when scrap prices were high a lot of neighbors hung on to that fence row machinery or that junk pile because someday they might need that part. But when scrap was high they could have made some good cash money and if there paying any loan or credit card off and that money could have been deducted they would have made even more. So why do they keep it some has no parts value at all.
