It sure is nice to have a civilized discussion. Usually the disagreements seem to be mostly based on a lack of information coupled with some political hype, so if we can prove the facts in our discussion and try to see it from the other point of view then the chasm that separates us usually narrows considerably. I usually don't discuss an opinion that I disagree with unless I know that the facts are wrong, then I try to point out facts but leave them to their opinion since I also like to see different viewpoints and facts since I sure don't know everything.
