Let me try to help get the pics off the camera. There should be one or two connector openings on the camera body. One of them will be a USB connector, usually, micro USB, or Mini USB. It is possibly also where the charger wire connects. The charger wire may also be USB and have the connector that looks like the biggest one in the picture. If the charger has that cord on it plug the USB end of it into a USB port on your computer, and the other end into the camera. Now turn on the camera. Next use the file search tool (file folder/Windows Explorer) to look at the computer. You should see a folder that is new and has a name like removable drive G (or something like putting in a jump drive). Click on this icon and look for a folder with images in it. Click on the images and you will be able to open them in the viewer. You can copy all of them to your computer, or send it to YT from the camera. Jim
