It is not a problem sending in a 214. It is getting the VA to do there job.I have a file full of them. I have had.
VA office in Montana send in paperwork. Got lost. VSO in Rusk Texas send in paper work. Got lost. Mental agency in Houston send in paper. Got lost. VSO in Houston send in paper work. Got lost. I have sent in paper work. Got lost.
Monday they sent in a request for my ssn to the Rusk VSO. Said the couldn't make it out on my 214.This morning they. Send the same VSO a request a copy of my 214. Said they had never received one. Clearly a lie. I think the VA problem goes deeper than most think. I have meet up with a group around here. That is having the same problem. Next step is a lawyer.
