It's been a while since I've had one, but if I remember right, the fill/level plug is on the right side, but the filter is on the left. Just below the step, I think. Left and right are always as one is sitting on the tractor. Not sure if that's what you were asking... There is a Ford-specific forum here, just scroll down some. Great bunch of guys, lots of knowledge. And you're apt to be corrected - it's a Select-O-Speed. :)
