I have a 10 point I bought 4-5yrs ago. I think it was the cheapest ten point you could buy at the time. Was around $500. it's kind of slow by today's standards, 305fps, but have never had a deer duck anything 40yds or less. It is kind of loud, but also not an issue under 40yds. I've never tried shooting at a deer farther than that just because there is a noticeable difference in speed from 30-40yds. Some of the newer faster one's can probably stretch it out to 50-55 and be ok. I did mess up a cam a couple years back. Operator error. Whacked it off a tree branch. Their customer service was very good. Got the replacement parts I needed within a week or two sent to my door step. I did have to pay for them, but didn't mind. Was my fault for not paying attention when I pulled the trigger. There are a few brands that make some that are narrower than the rest. I'd look hard at one of those.

The colony remained far from self-supporting and it was not until the early 1800's that things started to improve. Free settlers started to arrive, they followed the explorers across the mountains and where land was suitable set up farms. T
