Interesting i will be the last of my family on this farm and also the last to dairy. Current renter is maybe in 30's and farming with his family I've set it up that he will get the farm he also has several young kids . The question then is if mine is a terminal farm or is it going to be a different chapter by different family ? It's hard sometimes to sit back and watch the change I've always loved working with livestock and now it will be a grain farm . But the kid has strong family ties running several generations back and they care about family and the land
