We had "the conversation" with our kids last year, none want to be here, so ours is a terminal farm, if only a part-time one. We have reorganized the wills/trust accordingly. Probably will talk to the local BTO, great people, families go way back, getting to the point of their fifth generation moving in after our third moves out. Five years ago I was saying you'd have to carry me out in a box, but this last year, I have really become lazy, barely doing the minimum, not going hard 20 hours a day anymore. Maybe we will have to look into alternatives...
