I was selling a Ford tractor for $1200. Got a ton of emails and low ball offers. A guy comes to look at it for what seems like 20 minutes, points out every little thing that's wrong and asked what's the best I can do on it? I tell him $1000 and won't go lower. He then tell me he would have to drive it home. So I ask how far he is. It's about four miles from me so I tell him I'll deliver it for free. After all this the guy sez I'll have to think about it. Now here's where it get interesting the guy sez if you get any other offers on it call me and let me know in case I what it. I sold it two days later for full price. I deleted the ad. Next day the guy calls me and wants to buy the tractor. I tell him it been sold. He sez I thought you were going to call if you got an offer. I told him I got full price for it and you had to think about it $200 less and free delivery
