never owned one; as a young man the 55/56 chevy hardtops with all the chrome but now later in life, the 1955 chevrolet 210 two door post in black. it just looks right. at age 16 i had a 1958 chevrolet impala two door hardtop with the 348 cu in, 3 two barrels and 3 speed in the floor. i can attest to miracles as i was not killed in that vehicle. in 1969 at age 22 i purchased a 1953 chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup truck which was my daily driver for over 3 years and now at age 70 i have driven pickup trucks since then. i have posted this photo before but i have been the proud owner of this 1952 chevrolet pickup with factory paint for the past 21 years. purchased from the original owners son it has just over a 100,000 miles on it.
