Not being anywhere near that geographical area, my recommendation is to check with nearby equipment dealerships, and ask if they know of any independent mechanics around who may be able to work on your tractor. Explain that the tractor is old and they're probably wouldn't want to waste their time with it, so they know they're not losing business.
