I have terrible hip pain day and night. Usually after trip to Chiro im good for month or two . I dont like taking asprin/advil or other pills. When its real bad I buckle and take either Indomethicin, or a pain pill. Other day I was reading about "Golden milk " so I made some . Four cups coconut milk, four table spoons Tumuric, 2 tbls. fresh ground Ginger. 2 Tbls. whole peppercorns. tblsp cinnamon . heat till slight boil , simmer for ten minutes. strain and pour into container. Careful as this stuff stains and my wife chewed my butt. I drink 1/4 cup morning ,noon and again at night . Hip pain is so much better. Still there, but hardly notice it . Stuff tastes terrible though .
