This just happened to me. Can you choke it out. Mine was stuck open. I couldn't kill it or throttle it but it would run. It was the little chock metal piece had popped off the rail it fits in and was not pushing anything. Clicked it back in, fired back up and running good. Hope it helps. When you mess around in there you will half to adjust low and high idle stops.
