As 55 50 Ron stated below, the operator's manual recommends 80-90 gear oil.
We use 140wt GL-1 in all of our tractors.

Take a look at the Rockshaft Assembly diagram below.
Note the 1 1/4" pipe plug (Key 23) installed on tractors serial number 5000001-5012232, plug (Key 21), and washer (Key 22) installed on tractors serial number 5012233-5033751.
Take a look at the photo below.
Remove the transmission filler plug.
Fill to the bottom of the threads.
You might consider replacing the transmission filler plug just "finger tight".
Makes checking the level much easier before using the tractor.
