We had a storm come through Memphis Saturday night that knocked out almost 200,000 people's power. It was straight line winds that came through about midnight. My power was out from then to Monday afternoon at 1. lots of damage but no injuries. People are still without power. Crews from other states are here helping. The guy that got mine back up was from Kentucky. We had 2 generators running both refrigerators and the freezer which was full all of the TV's the cable and lots of fans. I didn't have any damage at my place. I was setting in my recliner watching tv with a fan blowing on me drinking a ice cold Corona and told my wife we were blessed. There's still a lot of people that lost a lot where trees fell on the houses and cars. They say it's the 3rd worst power outage here. The ice storm of 1994 was number one. Hurricane Elvis as we named it in 2003 was second. keep the people that are still needing help in your prayers. Anybody else here get any damage? Thanks.
