Amen. Our dogs and next door neighbor's dogs roam freely between our 2 yards. When I clean up our yard, I'm sure I'm picking up some of his dog's stuff and vice versa. I DO yell at our dogs when I see them going over to our other neighbor's property and I do regular patrol to clean up their yard (they don't have a dog). In fact, most of what I clean up there is from the dog that isn't mine. Funny story about the neighbor's dog: I was cutting my front lawn one time when the dog ran over and stopped right in front of the lawn mower. Had to stop and wait while it did its business. Mailman pulled up and was chuckling as I stood there leaning on the lawn mower, waiting. He really started to laugh when I told him it wasn't even my dog.
I regularly find dog stuff next to our sidewalk from dogs that are walked through our sub. I always carry P--P bags when I walk our dogs but some people don't seem to have the same sense of courtesy. Oh well, life goes on.
