I have an old 706 international with a d282 that I woke up from hibrination. I bled the injection pump and changed the oils and filter but it won't start up without either. I know either is bad to use but that's the only way it will start won't even fire without it. When it finally starts up it will smoke white and miss fire until you rev it up and it will clear up. When it's warm from working it, it will start not as bad with no either use. I don't know if this could be the problem with the hard starting or if anyone had a better idea of what it could be before I spend the money of fixing it. Any idea can help
