I know this is an old thread, but I thought I'd tell you my experience. They also have a new website loaded with good specs, so you know what you're buying. I respect the fact they don't just sit still and not improve their product, but more important is the service I got. They are far more accommodating than my PJ experience. I compared the two trailers and Texas Pride was better built, thicker 12k axle (not 10k like PJ has) had a cleaner deck, no weld issues I could find at all. I also could get oak on the spot if I wanted it. They paint offering colors now, and the paint jobs I saw these days are well done. I rather have mine painted over powder coat, I'm not going to lay out $2000 more for it, that's for sure. Powdercoat chips, can't be touched up, and it cracks off too with no UV protection, it's basically plastic. If it was so much better, why isn't it an option on my car? I'll stick with paint and under $10,000, thanks. 26k GVWR 40' deck over with torque tube, spare, frame bridging, and wide ramps, no one touches that price. Plus the speed I got my trailer, in 7 days instead of 7 weeks from PJ.
