Even when they know what they need to do, they let their hunger drive the intake. Exercise does burn additional calories above just maintaining 98.6 degrees. But not as much as the extra you allow your self. The tractor is running rich, adjust the main jet. Have conviction. drink a pint of water near or during the intake part of the day, it assists in becoming filled with no calories. Diet drinks (if you use them) are fooling your body into being actually prepared for calories it doesn't get from the drink, making you more hungry. Best of luck changing. Jim
