What I am getting here is that you had an itemized bill. Was that a bill from the pump shop or the IH dealer? I'm guessing the dealer rewrote the bill. Sounds like the place I worked at when new owners took over. They should have only charged a handling fee added to pump shop bill from my perspective as they did provide that service for you. Would be interesting to know the pump shops hourly rate also.
