Just take one to your local embroidery, logo stuff, election,yard sales sign shop. They can make you a whole box 24 or a little more for not that much and they will look even better than the original. Silk screen four color with the standard cap is about $1.25. If you go full tilt embroidered high quality cap in a box of 24 they would come in about $3.oo on the high side. If you buy more 5hey drop dramatically. Just type in embroidered caps on the net and it pops right up. Good idea, follow it up.
