In Texas Amazon has a sales distribution warehouse in Ft. Worth. That makes them a Texas seller and anybody living in Tx. gets to pay the tax unless they can get Amazon to honor their Tax Exemption and the purchase is blessed by the Texas Comptroller as a legitimate farm purchase aka item is on the approved list.
