I once took a load to a big name grocery warehouse. My appointment was 10:00, I got there at 10:01. No dice, I had missed my appointment. Next day my appointment was 12:30, I was there at 12:15. At 1:30 I called my dispatch and asked what did he want me to do, as I was still waiting. He told me to bring it back to the plant, and tell them if they really needed the load they could come pick it up. A month later, I went back. They seemed to remember that their customer wasn't happy when their product wasn't at the warehouse when they needed it. Things were better after that. Tim in OR
