Thanks. These plugs have white tips instead of black and sooty and the valves and pistons look clean from peering down the spark plug holes. I don't know exactly how long it has sat not running but it might have sat for five years or longer. If the hour meter is correct it has 107 hours of run time in 65 or 70 some odd years. When I drained the oil it looked fairly clean but smelled very old and acted and looked like non-detergent. The engine speed is non adjustable, it's either wide open operating speed or nothing so it has never idled. It will have a decelerator after I'm done with it. When I drained the oil no condensation came out so that is a plus but it does have a closed ventilation system.
