If you are talking like the 4000 and 5000 had I don't think they made them for the 3000 figuring your implements were not heavy enough to need them to mount the implement. Those were cat 1 or 2 with different balls put in, yours I think are only cat 1 same as on all the tractors up to 64 except for the Major and 6000. The 3000 is a scarce tractor as no body around me bought them as when that time frame was they wanted a bigger tractor so none around for me to have seen any lift arms on one.
