Sleet, snow, rain, wind and cold here today. First 'wintry mix" we've had. I just returned some stuff to Home Depot and spent a few minutes outside. Generally I look at Oct 15 as about the time the long johns go on. So we're a couple of weeks late this year. Had mostly nice weather since then too. I'll wear those thin 100% cotton bottoms from now till April. Probably been doing that for 58 of my 64 winters. I should have kept a log of the dates I put them on since then. Could have made a graph and used it used as evidence in the global warming debate. Not to start That argument here. This year you can put 10/28 on the graph. As the winter progresses we'll add more layers. And we'll be less agile and less productive too. But, so it is. Winter is close at hand I think. I hope you've all have a good one.
