Sure sounds like my Massey 165 with Perkins diesel when my neighbor put the wrong o ring in one of the filters. There was 2 supplied with the new one and he put the one that fit inside the filter. Make sure you use the one that fits inside the groove in the filter housing, not inside the filter, it shuts off the fuel. It sure caused me a lot of time and money before I finally found the problem, thanks to Dieseltech. Just my thoughts, Keith
