That looks like one from a large Oliver collection that was sold at auction earlier this year. I don't remember what outfit ran the auction but I did get a glossy color catalog in the mail so it was one of the big outfits.
The guy had a whole bunch of rare Olivers and Cockshutts with a few other brands mixed in. There were three of these HFWA tractors on the auction and a bunch of rare Oliver tractors with MFWA.
