As I said fill the cylinders up and also fill the exhaust and walk away for a week or 3 and then try again almost bet you will find it has improved a whole lot. And as one of the other guys said do not crank it over with the ATF in the cylinders and the plugs still in. But you can turn it over by hand with the plugs in and full of ATF so as to add pressure to help push the ATF up to the valves and down past the rings
