I've sold a lot of things online and through the paper, it is unbelievable how many people will set up a time to come, or say they will get back to you, or even say they will take it and be back to pick it up, and you never hear from them again. I have learned how to filter through phone calls and emails as to which ones may be serious. Also it's the first one to hand me the cash gets the item in most cases. There are still plenty of honest sincere people out there, just need to remember that people are people, and have different values, communication methods, and ways of doing business, and learn to deal with it, no cookie cutter answers.
