Probably not you problem, but here is what I had with my 6.0. Got an oil change. After the oil change the oil pressure went to heck. Used to run 45+ on the gauge all of the time. After the oil change, it was around 20 or less all of the time. Oil level was fine. With a ton of miles on it, I assumed the gauge or sending unit was going. So...fast forward to the next oil change. After that oil change, the pressure was right back where it should be - 45+. Did a bunch of reading on this - and the best thing I could find is that a junk oil filter can collapse, restricting the flow through it. The system relief then opens, and with the relief held open, the system pressure actually drops. You would think it would rise, but a handful of articles I read said the relief opening on a 6.0 will actually dump the pressure due to how the circuit is designed. I had a flow diagram too I cant seem to find at the moment. I'm assuming if you went to all of the trouble to change the pump, you have changed the filter, but, maybe the relief is something to look at?
