Do you have 12V to the head solenoid? If so the solenoid MAY be bad. If surroundings are quiet you should hear it click with the switch turned on/off. It MUST have current to start/run. If bad the way Bosch has the head plunger designed there will still be fuel at each injector. Drives some Cummins guys nuts too. System can be bled with no voltage to the solenoid, but it must be on to open the injectors. Another test is to remove the solenoid, remove the plunger and small spring inside, and re-install the body. If engine starts then you are on the right track. Will have to kill the engine to shut it down, or use the manual shut off lever on the pump cover if it has one.
